Making a complexjourney feel simple.
Exploring solar and home energy can quickly become complicated for a customer. System size, property information, energy usage and potential savings all introduce information that has to be collected and presented clearly.
Irish Energy was built to turn that journey into a focused digital experience while also creating a structured process behind the scenes for capturing and handling customer enquiries.

Irish Energy was approached as a working digital product rather than a collection of static pages.
The front end, customer journey, data collection and lead process were designed around each other so that the platform could support a real commercial operation.
Because the platform is operated within Ceart Digital, it also gives Ceart Systems direct experience of what happens after software goes live. The product can be observed, refined and developed around real usage.
